I currently weigh around 155 pounds or so. I’m really pushing to try to get to 500 pounds soon and it feels like I just need one good lift to get there. Why bother?! ~Your core stabilizes your body, allowing you to move in any direction as well as having proper balance. It helps prevent falls and supports your body. So having a strong core is beneficial to everyone because it allows your body to function properly.~

I find it’s impossible to be both present and unhappy. When in the present moment fear, shame, and guilt have no place as these things are anchored in the future and past.

Unconditional self love: fancy that.🖤
I see a lot of people justifying their excessive exercise and/or ridged diet because they “don’t hate how they look”...... but this low key grinds my gears because they are following these grandiose diet and exercise plans to MAINTAIN that body and if something changes they FrEaK oUt.... if your idea of “loving your body” only holds true at a certain size: you’re doing it wrong, sis. Exercising yourself into the ground isn’t suddenly GuCcI just because you aren’t trying to lose weight.. the stressing of MAINTAINING your shape is equally as harmful... How about loving our body at ALL stages
I know I want to grow (a lot)... but it’s tough.. I am not nearly as big as I want to be but I’m also not as lean as I used to be... nevertheless I am happy and proud of where I am in the mean time. I am fully trusting the process and enjoying the ride no matter how that looks. Let the changes come rolling in and watch me not change the amount of love I have for myself as they happen; because unconditionally is how I love my body.
