Lol yeah Fran has had a great year for the most part. He has called timeouts occasionally, used a shorter bench, ran more set plays besides the double baseline ball screen, and occasionally broken his voluntary foul out rule

Squat: 107.5/115/122.5(failed on depth) 20 kg meet PR
Bench: 50/55/57.5 7.5 kg meet PR
Deadlift: 115/127.5/137.5(failed) 20 kg meet PR
Overall the day went super well. I went 7/9 at my second meet and ended up hitting a 300 kg total to qualify for CNATs so Penn State here I come!
This meet was also super special to me because I officially added 100 pounds to my squat max.
Finally, a huge shoutout and thanks to @craigalemieux and @read.the.literature for coaching me at this meet!

Moe Harkless could have been sent back to The Lakers as a young replacement at Small Forward off of the bench.
The Knicks had young shooting guards to send back in a KCP swap, like Ignas or most likely Dotson, who are close w/n on court value to KCP but at a lower price point.

Aside from looking like you’re practicing the well known “Casting Couch” position... This right here is a lovely little way to get those hips/abductors fired up. 🔥 .
If you’re restricted in gym equipment, don’t have a abduction machine, utilising something like a hip circle is fantastic.
Not only that, but the benefit of it not being a fixed machine is you can manipulate the position to whatever suits you best.
Warm ups should be relevant to what you’re doing in that session, I would also make an argument however that sometimes it’s good practice to move in ways that you don’t necessarily do on a daily basis.
Simply to keep your body moving and functioning.
I’m not saying you should start back flipping all of a sudden, but taking our hips through their full range and not simply just forwards/backwards, wouldn’t be a bad idea to keep things healthy. 🙌🏻
If you don’t own one, I’d suggest you purchase and put a hip circle in your gym bag as soon as possible. ⭕️

I always forget that just because the weight is really light doesn’t mean I should throw the it around. I need to be better about slowing down my bench to refine it. Oh yea and I forgot my slippers and sabos at home 🙃

Been feeling too lazy to post, but here’s some lifts from the week. No chalk for deadlifts so that was kinda annoying. Need to place my feet better on bench and stay tighter on deadlifts

Slowly getting closer to my goal of benching body weight🥳 I spent some time looking at older videos and I’m super happy with my progress. I’ve listed the rest of this push workout below so you can give it a try⬇️
1️⃣Barbell flat bench press 65% 1x15, 75% 1x10, 85% 3x5, 95% 1x2 (just for kicks)
2️⃣Dumbbell incline bench press 4x10
3️⃣Dumbbell Arnold press 3x12
