In conversation with clients and friends this past week, it is clear that many of us are OVERworking.
I get it. It’s easy to feel like we need to keep working right now. Maybe you feel like you need to always be available or maybe work is a good distraction.
But, working extra-long days right now is not sustainable, so here are some tips that can help us separate work from life in our homes right now:
Create a SEPARATE space for your work somewhere in your home to literally draw a line between work and home life. Pack up your work each day so you can’t see it.
Designate SACRED SPACE in your home that is absolutely a ‘no-work zone’. It might be the comfy chair in your living room. You need a mental and emotional break from work and sacred spaces can help us feel like we are ‘away’ from work.
Create a SCHEDULE with realistic blocks of time when you can work uninterrupted. Do not do work outside of these blocks unless it is an emergency.
If we grab the laptop while we are sitting on the couch then we are likely half-working, half-not working which means we will likely...just keep working.
We are using an incredible amount of emotional and mental energy right now as we try to navigate this new reality. Rest is more important than ever.

There's a wide range of companies that are doing even better through their online presence, as more people are home.
With billions of users combining the web, corporations see the opportunity to generate revenue in even more ways through content.
There's one way to generate revenue through content that not enough entrepreneurs add to their income streams: corporate content creation.
Corporations book entrepreneurs, coaches, speakers, and agencies to create audio, video, and written content.
💰They pay well for it.
They pay for you to create blog posts, podcast episode content, newsletters, copy, funnel content, social media posts, content plans, content for FB groups, funnel content, videos, and more.
How do you find these gigs? One tactic you can use is job websites like Indeed or Monster, etc. Type in the phrase for which you want to be booked.
