Yesterday I made an appointment with my doctor before my work shift tonight. I explained to her all of my crazy symptoms since I've been weaning off of my old antidepressants. Not to going to work isn't an option, since I really need the money, she prescribed me a medication to calm my brain down before work. Fingers crossed it works well for me tonight as I have a 10 hour shift 🌈🦋

🐷 What Should You Eat To Bulk? By @jonashereora
Gaining weight can be as hard as losing weight for some.
⬆️ The main difference in gaining weight (bulking) than losing weight (cutting) is to eat more calories and not less.
This can seem like an easy thing to do, but for most people, it can be frustrating and hard.
🥦 You still need to think about eating nutritious food, to stay healthy and to keep your body function at optimal levels, you need to eat enough protein to optimize muscle growth (and not lose muscle mass), you need to count your calories to make sure you eat enough calories without putting on too much fat (unless you're doing a dirty bulk).
I would suggest that you opt for as much whole foods as possible and as minimally processed foods as possible, but don't restrict any foods (the same as in when losing weight).
🍕 If you want to eat pizza, chocolate, ice cream or nutella (I mean, who doesn't?) then eat it. Enjoy the shit out of it.
And then get back on track with eating as much nutritious food as possible.
