Oh hey hi, been a while since I just posed on ya but routine + sunshine + this outfit got ya girl coming out of hibernation and feeling a little better every day. I don’t expect every day, week, or even season to be easy. Life is full of discomfort, and the road the any sort of achievement is rife with it. Many things in all our lives are difficult, exhausting, we struggle with work, interpersonal, or mental health issues. I’m human and subject to all the same things, but what makes me the most proud of myself isn’t pretending everything is ok, and it’s usually not even my performance I’m proud of on those hard days; it’s simply the fact that no matter what I lace up and a show up cuz my future goals outweigh my daily discomfort. Let’s fuckin go.

I don’t jump out of bed at 4AM everyday, bright eyed and bushy tailed, ready to take on the day! This almost never happens! I’m not 100% motivated every single day to train clients, go to business meetings, create content, work on marketing campaigns, and take care of admin work and THEN go train myself. Trying to be a competitive athlete on top of running a business and training clients is a LOT. I typically wake up at 4AM and get to bed, if I’m lucky, at 9:30 or 10PM.
I’m only able to operate at this intensity every single day because I take my sleep and nutrition very seriously. ▫️
Because of this I want to stay c o n s i s t a n t with my routine.
Prioritize where you want to place your time and energy to get you to where you want to be. There will be times where you mess up. But don’t quit!

It’s no secret that I am not a meal prep kinda girl. I hate it. Mainly because feeling forced to eat the same thing everyday drives me INSANE! (Hence flexible dieting)
Anyway, I buy 1-2 rotisserie chickens each week. This saves me time and honestly money in the long run. I can make a variety of meals off of these for lunch and dinner and seriously who doesn’t love a rotisserie chicken?
I can make salads, quesadillas, sandwiches, chicken and vegg....the possibilities are endless. So if you don’t like meal prep then keep okie protein sources on hand to use throughout the week! You are welcome! 😂

I don't f*cking do that and haven't in a long time - it's a freeing feeling.

It's bc I allowed myself to fall in love with something OTHER THAN MY BODY IMAGE.
I fell in love with actively caring for my body in a way that makes me feel f*cking amazing NO MATTER what my body looks like.
💪🏽Lift preggo bc it feels good.
💪🏼Lift bulking and fluffy bc it feels good.
💪🏻Lift cutting bc it feel good.
💪🏼Lift when stressed bc it feels good.
💪🏿Lift when happy bc it feels good.
💪🏽Lift on dates bc it makes after the date even better AND bc it feels good.

Accountability post. Squat it like it's hot! 87.5kg x 3 sets x 3 reps. Not bad for a broken #chubbyoldladydivision competitor. These actually felt bloody good, depth and speed were good, and only competing in knee sleeves is gonna be so much better #rawrawraw

deadlifts are hard and I don’t think I love them... but it can only get better, I guess

with lots of volume, dead stops, and a focus on locked-in lats and back muscles, I’m excited for the progress to come✌🏼☺️

А самые главные перемены произошли в голове: я сосвем по-другому стала воспринимать свое тело и себя а общем. С любовью и уважением. Изменилась походка и осанка, изменились привычки, стиль и интересы. А еще спорт - это классная тусовка, это люди с горящими глазами, полные интереса к жизни. That went.. not well.
Was supposed to do 95 kg for 2, did them for one rep. 💩
Was able to do 92,5 kg for two in the end at least.
• SQUAT - 375lbs
• BENCH - 210lbs
• DEADLIFT - 370lbs PR
Total of 955lbs 😤🤙🏼

End of a tough training block, but maybe one of my faves so far. Some highlights from this week:
110kg squat triples as my top 2 sets of 10x3 (good camera angle for neck veins and hamster face)
8x4 squats @ 102.5kg
10x3 bench @ 57.5kg and 8x4 @ 55kg.
10x3 deadlift @ 115kg that felt super easy.
I'm used to high frequency squatting, just not at these intensities. Really proud of myself for pushing through some long and difficult sessions. Hoping being less of a shitebag on difficult squats will translate to singles. Seemed to have learned how to suck it up for my sticking point right near the top.

THIS. This is the stuff that makes the coach happy. TWC lifters not only are taught how to lift effectively, but also how to auto-regulate and make smart training choices. @brianna_desrochers shows us here another reason why she is able to make steady, consistent gains. Look at your training as a whole, not just what is going on today.

W7/D2 - Pause Squats @ 75kg, Low Bar @ 65kg..... featuring my amazing bracing, so strong I blew the phone away 😂
Right hip is cactus. Not from lifting, but from shoving a tiny human out of a place that is ill designed. I suffered a lot with SPD after my delivery and ever since my right hip random throws tantrums. Tonight my hip flexors final chilled enough to let my hip grind back to where it should be. Unfortunately, with all the weirdness at the front, my right SI joint also pays the price. This is the weird part of postpartum, never know what is “normal” and if/when things will go back to old normal.

A long time goal fell today for @tr4cybr0wn pulling 140 x 5 on the Deadlift. Absolutely fantastic effort here, and a proverbial glass ceiling being broken in the process. I've been saying to Tracy for weeks that she needs to think bigger on Deadlift, and steadily the last few months have seen this lift go from a perceived weakpoint to one heck of a strength! Really pleased with the shift she's been putting in!
