I started undergrad then after making 3.8 first year my dad thought I needed to do it myself, came back east and two other colleges. Finished in 4.5 years. Took job, started Masters. One class short, never graduated. Did a four year Masters, finished 2016 with loan debt.

The question is can a loan player ever play against his parental club?.
💰How do we obtain financial literacy?💰
First thing off the bucket list!
No matter what career we have, schools have one job and that is to train us to be exceptional doctors, lawyers, teachers, engineers, etc. That is their ONE JOB. Notice, there are no courses on personal finances throughout higher education training. Yet, most of us can’t get this education without loans. Just like how we devote time learning our craft, we owe it to ourselves to learn financial literacy. So how do we start tackling this topic?
I am no expert. In fact, I am the complete opposite and that is precisely why I am starting this long journey towards financial independence now! I started by reading this book (thanks for the rec @couple_of_surgeons).
Budget, budget, budget! 💰
People that are successful with their money know PRECISELY where their money is going: how much they are earning and where they are spending it on. Start by recording this information for the first 1-2 months. Then make intentional decisions about what is worth spending and what needs to be cut! NOTE: student loans are NON-negotiable. Pay student loans first, THEN use the remaining to budget.
Be an intentional spender💰
The book nor I am endorsing on living frugally and never enjoying life, but do be intentional when you plan a vacation, invest on nice “swag”, or going to an expensive event. If your loans have a higher than 6.5% interest rate, every $1 will be more like $2 later. If you know this information, and still willing to spend that money, then do it! But, be an informed and intentional spender.
Know your loan profile and organize your loans. (for medical students)💰
Visit nldes.ed.gov. Click on each loan and know 1) Name of the loan 2) Date of disbursement 3) Servicer.
Don’t get caught in the trappings of pretend wealth💰
Learn the art of being content with what you have in residency and just after. When you see others spending money that they probably don’t have, don’t covet their passions. Remember spending money does not make a person wealthy. It often means the exact opposite.
7 more chapters to go! Lots to learn 💪🏼💸

He's a vindictive thug. If he would ever produce his tax returns and his ( and his family's ) loans that he got from Justin Kennedy at Deutsche Bank, you would be able to see what a FRAUD he is !

Choosing a trustworthy, responsible and reputable title agent is important for a variety of reasons 🔑🔑. First and foremost, they’ll be coordinating one of the largest purchases of your life 🏡. If they don’t have solid processes or technology in place that enables them to avoid mistakes, your closing can be delayed — or even worse, your purchase may not be done correctly, which would impact your legal rights to the property. A good title agent does two things well: They coordinate the transaction efficiently and they provide remarkable customer service 🔑 🔑. #themoreyouknow
It will be lease out private companies, they will take thousands of crores of loan and then one fine day they will say nothing is there.

Gold is not done rect solution. The gold will increase means more gold reserve. More loans from imf at less rates which will be invested in manifacturing in development schemes. Which will decrease unemployment. Resulting in good economy.
First pay the Canadian company billions of Dollars for finding Gold in Balochistan and then free it from the Chinese who have already taken over these mines as security for Loans Taken by Pakistan.
Sonbhadra toh Dur tumhara Jo hai pehle usko toh Bachalo.
Last debt payments for 2019 🎉. I would have loved to enter 2020 under $50k, but I’m still so happy with my progress. My progress is definitely slowing down, but after almost 4 years of crazy sacrifices, it feels amazing to still make progress while treating myself. This year I started a new job (and took a pay cut), moved into a house with my boyfriend, and got the best puppy a girl could ask for 😍
Bernie wants ultimate power. Medicare for All will cost conservatively $32 trillion over 10 years. That’s like every American including your little one taking out a 100k loan for 10 years. It will bankrupt America. Having government run anything means more power for them. Danger.

When loans are given in banking, some loans become Stressed Assets. This is the situation before NPA.
As on date, about 16% of total loans has become Stressed Assets, which is ₹ 16.88 lakh crore. These are the figures for December 2019, it was 12% in 2017: @SupriyaShrinate
These are just boots right? Wrong. This is what love looks like. I’ve had a rough couple of mental health days - and @flexmustachio has been wonderful. From helping me with my taxes to holding me when I’ve stress cried, he’s been the partner I’ve needed. My other boots have holes in the bottom of them, and I have held on to them (begrudgingly refusing to throw them out). Had he not placed these hiking boots in front of my face to walk dogs in, I would have had soaked feet. This is the kind of love and support that you need in your life and debt free journey. There is not such thing as doing it all by your “damn self.” We ALL have people that help us in small ways. And in big ways. We all need partners that think of things that we wouldn’t. Or push you in the right direction. Cherish those people. Remember: there are a million ways to say I love you. You just have to recognize them.
