Property inventory services have been practiced in #Dubai by landlords and real estate agents, but unlike anything else in our region, this particular service remained biased and to its lowest quality.
Aside from the type A investors/landlords who hire property managers, property inventory services are not mentioned to tenants and type B investors/landlords.

Let me tell you why! Budgeting and Saving is about building habits. Cutting out small things over time to save money will help you build the habit of reducing your expenses and saving money daily. I am a big advocate for taking small steps, especially when you are a beginner and have been struggling with managing your money. I say that because that person doesn’t understand human behavior, the psychology of habit formation, and behavioral learning. It was windy yesterday and that lowers the temperature considerably I drove to Marseille to collect Costas and had a white van driver driving so close I think he wanted to get onto my back seat. Do you think as a driver of white vans they have to take an extreme aggression aptitude test ? It’s a form of bullying I’m sure. It was too windy to paint outside so I spent all the rest of the day trying to upload photos of our house in Paradou to thé Airbnb website as we have four weeks in the summer which are still available for rentals I love this house. It’s my default position. It’s my happy go to place and my family choose it as balm from busy lives. It’s an old French farmhouse - not grand but extremely comfortable in the way a lovely worn suede jacket become a favourite and looks even better over time. Not that it’s shabby - my painting skills have been avidly deployed and I’ve painted all the shutters and am very happy as my garden here is looking very healthy and smart. We’ve been pruning the olive trees so hoping for a better crop this year and replanting the lavender field as they only last 5 years and then have to be discarded. Even with only a little bit of beach, you can still fly a kite. Just after high tide and away we go. Watergate Bay is about 5 miles away and has a long 2 mile stretch of sand at low tide, with lots to see and do. Good for surfing and kite surfing, with schools available.
