Pasta & Bolognese(3.5) with Cheese (HExA)
Mr P had our food ready for when Me & Diddy got home from he Post Office. He used Dolmio Original Bolognese sauce (10.5 - 500g jar). Roughly 3.5 syns per portion.

Leftovers for lunch 😌 shredded pork from the slow cooker, potatoes, carrot & parsnip 👌🏼 also completed week 6 of couch to 5K last night, meaning I only have 3 weeks left! It’ll be interesting to see if I keep it up after I finish the programme 👀
Would you believe me if I said they’re Slimming World friendly? 😍 Of course there’s a bit of synnage involved, but syns have never been more worth it 👌🏼
• Combine 250g of 5% pork mince, 250g of beef mince (or all pork, all beef ... or even turkey, if you like), half a grated onion, an egg yolk, salt and pepper to taste, 2 tsp of dill, a tsp cumin, and a tbsp of ground allspice.
• Roll in to 24 even sized meatballs.
• Bake in the oven for around 25 minutes, turning once or pop in to the airfryer, and fry until cooked through.
• Place a pot/saucepan over a low-medium heat.
• Make a roux for the gravy - add 40g Flora Light to the pan, and allow it to melt.
• Sprinkle over 40g flour and whisk! Cook for a minute or two until the mixture turns golden brown in colour, and no specks of flour remain.
• Slowly and gradually whisk in 400g of beef stock. The mixture will begin to thicken and a silky sauce will be achieved.
• Add seasoning to taste, and some finely chopped parsley.
• Take off the heat and stir through 2 tbsp of reduced fat sour cream.
Add the meatballs to the pan, coat with the gravy, and serve!
When followed correctly, each portion of this recipe (when divided by 4) is 4 syns... definitely not as synful as Ikea's, but tasty all the same 😍

Today I've skipped breakfast as I'm working a night shift tonight.
So this is the first thing I've eaten today..... Lime and garlic baltic (@pinchofnom ) recipe.... However I was lazy and made it in the slow cooker so it's more of a soup 🙈
